Zimbabwe set for a D-day on election standoff

All eyes today are at the Zimbabwe constitutional court as the hearing of challenging elections starts. 

Chamisa want the court to declare him president and being sworn in 48 hours time.

Yesterday, on the eve of a Constitutional Court hearing that may or may not decide Zimbabwe’s next President, the Zimbabwe Defence Forces and coup General Chiwenga put out advert on national TV congratulating Emmerson Mnangagwa “for winning resoundingly” on July 30.
