South Africa airways SAA resumes flights in blantyre

South African Airways (SAA) has resumed flights between Johannesburg & Blantyre about two weeks after the airliner suspended it’s operations due to security concerns.

In a statement released Friday evening SAA says the resumption follows the conclusion of audit and inspection processes at the Chileka International Airport in Blantyre relating to the condition of the airport.

Chileka airport has been closed at least twice in the past 5 years, owing to potholes on the runway that had to be repaired.
